How to prescribe Qlosi1
Identify the right patient: adults with symptomatic presbyopia seeking a reader-free option, including emerging presbyopes, established presbyopes, pseudophakes, and contact lens wearers
Perform a full fundus exam before initiating Qlosi,
as with all miotics

Prescribe Qlosi (pilocarpine ophthalmic solution) 0.4%, available in 30-vial and 60-vial packs
Set expectations with the Clear Start Week: 2 doses daily
